You already know what you need to do.
But WHY does it keep feeling so hard?
The Rewire
A 10-week group coaching program for people who are ready to stop avoiding the hard stuff, and build the actual capacity to move through it.
It’s not that you don’t know what to do.
You know you need to have that conversation. Send the email. Stop checking your phone at midnight. Say no to the thing that's draining you. Set the boundary. Start the thing you've been putting off for six months.
You know. And you still don't do it.
That gap, between knowing and doing, isn't a motivation problem. It's not a discipline problem, a character flaw, or a lack of willpower or proof that you're somehow behind everyone else who seems to have it figured out.
It's a nervous system problem. And nervous systems are trainable.
"I'd find myself in the same loop; knowing exactly what I needed to do, and finding every possible reason not to do it. I thought I just needed to try harder. Turns out I needed to learn something different entirely."
Avoidance isn't weakness. It's your nervous system doing its job — protecting you from discomfort, uncertainty, and the risk of getting it wrong. The problem is, it can't tell the difference between actual danger and a hard conversation with your manager. So it treats both the same way.
And the more you avoid, the more convincing the avoidance gets.
What if discomfort stopped being the thing that stops you?
Not because things get easier. But because you become someone who can move through hard things without needing them to be easy first.
That's not a mindset shift. It's a skill.
And like any skill, it's built through practice; specific, intentional, repeated practice that trains your nervous system to respond differently under pressure.
The people who seem unfazed by challenge aren't built differently than you.
They've built something you haven't yet.
And that's the whole point of this program.
The Rewire.
A 10-week group coaching program built on one premise: how you respond to pressure, challenge, and discomfort isn't fixed…it's trainable.
The Rewire takes the work I do with 1:1 clients—the tools, the frameworks, the practices that actually shift how people operate—and brings it into a small, high-touch group experience where we’ll learn together, practice live, and watch results stack + compound.
We go deep on nervous system regulation, body awareness + literacy, the neuroscience of behaviour change, and the practice of stepping into discomfort deliberately, so when life throws you a curve ball, your system’s primed + ready.
This will resonate if...
You're functioning well on the outside but something feels stuck on the inside…and you've been managing that feeling for long enough
You keep bumping up against the same patterns: procrastination, avoidance, reactivity, resistance…and you're really ready to try a different approach
You want to feel steadier in challenging moments, not just survive them
You know you're capable of more but something keeps getting in the way and you're not entirely sure what that something is
You want to move toward your goals with more focus and less freneticism
You're ready to do real work in a small group; not consume content alone and hope something sticks
And this isn’t the right fit if…
You're looking for a self-paced course you can move through on your own time without group commitment or participation (hint hint…future versions maaaaay take that form - but this season it’s group or bust)
You're in acute crisis; please contact a local mental health support or a health care practitioner who can support you in finding your feet
You want theory without practice; every week involves learning AND doing

10 weeks. Three phases. One coherent arc.
May 18 - July 24, 2026
Phase 1 | See It | Weeks 1 - 3
Before anything changes, you have to see + connect with where you’re at. In the first three weeks you’ll explore what your nervous system is doing, why it's doing it, and what it's been costing you.
From spotting patterns running on autopilot to mapping where you're operating from across four key areas of emotional intelligence, you’ll build your present baseline. Then, we’ll look forward, and start to craft the future you’re building. You'll get clear on how you want to feel and who you want to be; setting a new foundation and self-designed anchors for everything that follows
Phase 2 | Shift It | Weeks 4 - 8
Real behaviour change is uncomfortable before it's solid, and Phase 2 is designed to carry you through that without letting you quit on yourself.
You'll build a full regulation toolkit, learn what your reactivity is actually telling you, and practice turning towards discomfort deliberately in ways that build your capacity for challenge, stress, and ‘hard’ over time. Because it’s not about ‘always being calm’…it's about developing enough range in your nervous system that pressure stops throwing you into autopilot + making your decisions for you. Heads up: this is the messy middle, and it’s got its name on purpose.
Phase 3 | Sustain It | Weeks 9 - 10
The scaffolding comes down, and it’s time to integrate; turning what you've been practicing into how you live and who you are.
Reflecting back to the beginning of our work together, you’ll see the distance you've travelled using your own words from the start of the program. Then, build a Sustainability Plan designed to support you in the long haul, taking your insights and turning them into a personalized map towards more steadiness through stress + challenge. And yes, there shall be a wee ritual to close our time together because your gal LOVES a thoughtfully designed moment of acknowledgement :)
It’s all about YOU.

Hi. I'm Jess.
I'm a leadership and performance coach specializing in emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, and behaviour change. I'm EQ-i 2.0 certified and I've spent years helping high-functioning people close the gap between who they are under pressure and who they actually want to be.
The Rewire is the distillation of that work, built for people who want to show up more steady in the places that matter to them, and, ultimately, feel better as they do.
People like me. Because it would be one heck of a lie to say I always had this in the bag. I’ve been the person leading front line teams with a fully activated, stressed out nervous system. I’ve been the individual contributor panicking at her desk when she wasn’t invited to a meeting with some important stakeholders.
So yes, this program is a distillation of my 1:1 work into a more accessible and collaborative learning + growth experience. AND, I created it because I wish someone had made it for me.
A few Q’s?
You may find yourself with a couple questions. Roll through the ones below and, if you’re still left with a wonder, drop me a line at hello@jessicarobson.com + a real, LIVE human (ME!) will answer all your questions, comments, inquiries and/or otherwise!

Yes. And honestly, this program was built for you. Self-awareness without the tools to act on it is its own kind of frustration. This experience is intended to bridge that gap :)
-
The weekly group session is 75–90 minutes, and the practice session (regulation skills) is 60 minutes, and office hours are optional drop-in. Beyond that, the practices are designed to integrate into your existing life, not require a separate hour each day.
-
No. This is coaching; growth-oriented, skills-based, and focused on building capacity for the present and future. If a line shows up between where my work lives and where clinical professionals work, we’ll navigate that and ensure the right people can support you in the right conversations.
-
The beta is live and fully facilitated; you're in the room with me every week, not watching a recorded module. It's also the lowest price this program will ever be. Once it goes digital this fall, the experience and the investment both change.
-
A couple reasons. 1) pressure testing a body of work with an AI bot = no thank you. NO nuance, no real human understanding of how it feels to FEEL. 2) Beta programs often involve frequent feedback loops designed to make the content better over time - so getting a complete experience at a reduced rate in exchange for feedback that shifts the course for the better? Yes, please.
-
You're always invited, and it’s never expected or never required. The group creates the conditions for depth; you decide how much you bring.
-
I’ll share more about my story in the group, yet this work is what made all of the self awareness I built over 15+ years make sense, and start to make a real difference in my day to day. So I’m different as a facilitator and coach in this work because I’m living it, practicing it and making it as simple as possible to digest and integrate in the name of feeling more steady, more regulated, and more ourselves (and the ripple effects of that are HUGE). More to follow….!
