Hey! I’m Jess: big feeler and emotional regulator in residence.I help driven professionals master their emotional responses so they can stay calm, confident, and connected — even in the most challenging workplace dynamics.
So there’s real transparency into the very human human being over here, know that I’ve been the driven professional who made a *lot* of decisions from a (cringe-worthy, at times) triggered state…and had to swim around in the consequences (saying YES to a real NO, hiring contractors I didn’t need, buying books/courses meant to ‘fix’ how I was feeling…the list goes on).
After healing a lot of those triggers and finding new ways of working with my emotions (instead of getting worked by them), I’ve built a body of work that helps other folks do the same: figure out what messes them up, get clear on their commitments, learn to regulate, then tap into some steadiness before deploying their skills.
